Hazelwood is over for another year - a year that  saw a record number of Traralgon swimmers take to the water and the abandonment of the 10km swim after approx 7km when a combination of gale-force winds, pelting rain and steam on the water made the race unsafe for competitors. 
Thank you to a large crew of helpers ~ parents and swimmers ~ who made the proceedings run smoothly.  Thank you also to the many SVI and local Officials who ensured accuracy and safety on the water.
See you back at Hazelwood in 2012!
